Experience was very bad with this car hire company in Tasmania and was charged way extra than quoted and when trying to advise customer service nothing was resolved. Just prepare your card to be charged extra when returning your car if you have to choose these guys.
Booked vehicle months in advance, arrived... no vehicles available, go sit down and wait until we clean one, 90min later i get a car, no apology, no discount, nothing... take it or leave it, won't be back to Launceston after this.
