Got lured into buying product with cashback offer. Was told product will arrive in two weeks paid over a $1200 and still hasn't arrived. Dear customers Make sure you get it in writing from them. Now we're stuck hand washing dishes at home till God knows when.

Never ever shop here!!! Waiting for 20 mins to get served to return a broken product. The salesman then argues with me because it's been 6days since the purchase, not mentioning the weekend when I don't live near this store is very rude to say the least. Then argues again about refunding me for a Product that is not going to function as per instructions!!! I mean seriously get your ACT together or hire some nice sales people who know the customer should be treated with respect. Good Guys all the way from now on.

My husband has sore knees so it was fantastic to find a park right at the door of Harvey Norman's Richmond store this morning at 9.45am. We were looking for a small microwave and only had vague measurements. The lovely guy who served us will be happy to know it fitted the space with 1mm to spare! We went on to purchase a crock pot and a new kettle. We also used the immaculately clean toilets. The stairs were a struggle for the bad knees but the facilities were excellent. Thank you all.

Corey (TV section) from Harvey Norman gave us fantastic service on the 28th Jan 2018. We had just moved down from Newcastle and purchased a TV the same day. He was friendly, knowledgeable and never too pushy with the TV options we had available to us on finance. Will be back later in the year to see him for sound system and other entertainment necessities!
