I've purchased multiple times from Chain Reaction Cronulla over the last 15 years, from purchasing a bike or any accessory through to having my bikes serviced by Chain Reaction, every interaction is always exceptional which is why I would never need to go anywhere else. Craig and his staff always do a fantastic job providing superb customer service and the range they have available for purchase is outstanding. Highly recommend.
Great service, great advice and best of all always there to answer the most mundane questions about how to fine tune the bike long after you have left the store with your new bike.
Had my sons bike serviced today. Called to book it in in the morning, dropped off and collected the same day. Fabulous service from the staff, a great job completed and far more competitively priced than other local bike shops. Won’t go anywhere else from now on.

Had the worse customer experience of my life at this store. Who served me was aggressive and rude to me and my 3yo when shopping for his first bike. Would not recommend this store to anyone.
EDIT Sept 2020: I'm told Adam no longer works here. In not sure what the service is like these days. I'd been thinking about getting myself a road bike for ages but wasn't sure where to begin. I'm quite petite so finding a bike that fits me can be challenging I'm 1.5m tall. I visited Chain Reaction and Adam was so lovely and helpful. They have this measuring device in the store and tested various bicycle dimensions for me as the bike would need to be ordered in. Not only did Adam find options for me he respected my budget. I hate pressure salespeople and these guys were definitely not it. I haven't bought the bike yet I don't like to impulse shop but am now thinking about also getting a MTB and would definitely be back here. Edit: I forgot to mention the coffee! Visit the coffee shop next door. They're pretty good!
I can’t recommend Chain Reaction in Cronulla highly enough. A perfect example one of many today when I needed to find a solution for fitting my bike computer onto my tt bike after a recent change to the front setup rendered the previous mount unusable. I was hoping to find a new mount that would work with the new cockpit layout, but instead the boys found a way to re-engineer the existing mount to work. It was a genius solution and typifies the can-do attitude of the team. Always my #1 bike store.
Just took my mountain bike in as the shocks weren't working to well and Andrew the bike technician helped me and gave me great advice . He even oiled the shocks . What a good bloke
Great service, made the experience of bike shopping very easy and enjoyable.
