There was some confusion over delivery. On Saturday when making my purchases I was told by staff serving that Antoni would be ringing Monday to discuss a time for deliver Tuesday. By 3:30 Monday I had received no call so rang the shop to inquire what was happening. I was bluntly and gruffly told my delivery was not on the list (I knew all details had been recorded in their book so they were obviously not forwarded to him. There was no attempt to look for my details. Tuesday morning I tentatively rang again and luckily Antoni answered, I was not on the list but he made time that afternoon to make the delivery (very much appreciated). He said this happens all the time, staff promise delivery days and do not tell him then he gets people ringing him and screaming at him (I did not scream). So, it seems they need to sort out their system as I did not feel confident and I also did not feel welcome to ring.

The manager is very rude arrogant lacks customer sevice skills Her attitude to customets and volunteers is appauling. The shop has great stuff but try to avoid her. She shouldnt hold the position in a charity shop. She has grey hair older lady i think her name is Trish. Avoid her .

I have picked up some really good bargains at this shop. You need to go early in the morning to get the best bargains.

I love going to this shop but some people working here have real attitude problems and very poor costumer service. Especially a old lady with long blondish whitish hair working at the back! She needs to chill out a bit and learn how to be nice to people. Otherwise stay at home or choose another job Stress head!!

Love this op-shop you get massive selection of furniture and smaller items. Service is top notch as well
