I purchased a pair of hairdressing scissors over the phone from Hairdresser's Hardware. The lady I spoke with was AMAZING! Super helpful and friendly, sent me photos of all the scissors in the brand and price range I was interested in, and answered all of my questions without hesitation. She had my fab new scissors sent via express post to me in Queensland that very same day. Next time I need anything from scissors to electrical I'll be right on the phone to Hairdresser's Hardware!
