I have only gotten waxing and threading for eyebrows from them. They do a fantastic job at waxing. They know all the positions to make sure it hurts the least and do it quickly. So efficient. My sister and mother comes with me for eyebrows and top lip and have never complained. Only complaint I could make is that sometimes my eyebrows are too thin but that is my fault as I didn't communicate my wants. Overall they are great for waxing and threading!!!!

I had previously given this place 5 stars but after how they treated my mum today never again! She went into get her hair dyed with henna and they wanted to charge her $40 for something that would cost them less then $10 - fine but then they hadn't mixed it till just when she got there! Hena doesn't work like that, if that's the case may as well not put it on. The place may use to be good but seems the owner just cares about the bottom line, not customer satisfaction and service

Really bad customer service. No importance given to clients. Although I was just 15 mins late which I informed over phone. They made me wait fr 30 minutes in between my service.
Services quality was poor. One of the employees left me unattended inbetween waxing procedure without even informing me. Promises made were not kept ...
