Went into the newly renovated café this morning and had the most amazing experience.nnTheir ordering machine was broken, so it was back to good old pen and paper yet even with this, the service was still absolutely top tier.nnI was served by the lovely worker Chloe, and even though the cafe was busy and things were a bit chaotic, she still made sure I had the best experience possible. From greeting me with a smile, to double-checking my order, to literally running around the shop to keep everything moving smoothly, she went above and beyond. I was advised there might be a longer wait time for my smoothie, but it still came out quickly because she was jumping between sections making sure everything was getting done.nnMy smoothie was delicious and much needed on this hot day.nnGreat experience and great employees. Virgin should be very proud!
I ordered the new cheeseburger this morning at Kauai, not knowing what to expect ... It was absolutely delicious and super fresh!!! I love seeing the new items on the menu, the smoothies are to die for especially the peanut butter bomb! Such a great spot inside the gym, it's my go to after training. Well done Kauai Staff
I saw human faeces in the shower drain — literally unbelievable. A couple of weeks earlier, I also saw piles of pubic hair all over the showers.nnFor a gym that charges me premium prices, this is unacceptable. I need clean, safe, hygienic facilities. I think Management seriously needs to sort this out.
Had a lovely experience at the new cafe, enjoying the new set up. But unfortunately it was spoilt by a hideous view of this staff members whole backside exposed as well as the front. I usually enjoy coming to this facility after my workouts but it was really taking away my experience, as this is not the first time seeing this horrendous view. It would be advisable how to teach your staff how to pull up their pants and fly, it’s really not that hard!
Booked myself in for a free experience but was persuaded by caller who booked me in to see someone who would talk to me about how they could help me. Saw this person who basically just walked me through, was really disinterested and unknowledgeable about what could help me... left me with the feeling that this gym isn't interested in you if you are over 50 and have any medical issues. At the end of the walk through I asked for more information... felt I was doing her job for her... could not have asked for a less enthusiastic sales rep. I did not get the free session... just a marketing ploy I guess. Will be looking for another more age-friendly gym.
