This is not a regular gym and the owners are not regular trainers. Mitch and Vicky genuinely want to make a difference in people's lives. They hire people who also fit with their philosophy. A happy, welcoming and comfortable environment starts with the boss and trickles down to it's employees and clients, this place is the perfect example of that. The trainers believe there is more to good health than just smashing it out at the gym, it also requires a good mindset, lower stress levels and good nutrition. They believe it so much, they live it whole-heartedly and give regular free seminars to help people find their way. Personally, what I gain, is the sense of community. There are people of all shapes, sizes and ages, on different points of their wellness paths, and yet everyone (and I am including the clientele, as like seems to attract like) is encouraging, supportive and motivating. I have been training for a long time at a lot of different places and I can honestly say that I haven't experienced another place like it. Obviously, I highly recommend this place :)

You will find a friendly bunch of trainers at Real Fitness, who are all helpful and encouraging and it has an upbeat vibe. There is good interaction between all the members, this is an advantage of being a small gym.
