Believe in the HYPE! I have Dave and his team at F45 Castle Hill to thank for being in the best shape of my life. Since starting and F45 I've lost almost 20% body fat! The F45 style of training is hard but fair and Dave always sets up the stations to allow each individual to dictate their own intensity which I love. His free nutritional advice as been invaluable and I have no doubt without this I wouldn't have gained such amazing results. Thanks Dave, Luke (Member for life! 👊🏼)

It truely is the best gym in the hills! I never enjoyed going to the gym until I joined F45 Castle hill and now I love it! The atmosphere is awesome and Dave is such a great trainer always offering support and guidance. It such a great feeling to see how far my fitness levels have grown! You won't be disappointed!!
