ZONE BOWLING Castle Hill

Great place with lots to do. Bowing is super fun and the arcade gives a very nice twist. I personally loved how there were so many lanes and the bowing was genuinely fun. The atmosphere is great. The arcade was Fun and you had lots of chances to win different tickets which you could then trade in for gifts. I loved the restaurant with the different types of food although I think it is a little overpriced. A reduction would be great

Poor service. Called in to see if it would still be able to get some games in at the Castle Hill branch for a group of 3 and were told it was all good to arrive up to 11:30pm. Arrived at 10:30pm and were told they were closing at 11 and would not be able to play. After saying we had already called to confirmed we got put on 2 lanes, however these had old used cups and sauce on the tables from previous customers which weren’t cleaned. Finished our 2 games in 30 mins and went to see if we could add some games - no one at the counter. One staff member (David) approached the counter but flat out ignored us. I understand that it’s approaching the end of the night but there were several other groups still going including families with young children relentlessly throwing multiple balls and crossing over onto our lane too. We just wanted to play a few games - in and out but we’re met with poor customer service and an unenjoyable experience. Have not had any issues with the other branches. As I’m writing this another group has started 2 more games at 11:23pm (after we were initially told we would be able to play at 10:30). The manager Ashley did listen to our concerns at the end of it all and was very accommodating and apologetic. We definitely appreciated this after the less then adequate experience.

Lovely staff very friendly and helpful. The place was clean with a Cafe , bowling alleys, birthday party room's and Arcade games So many lane's that as long as you book a day or two before you will get the time you want. The best deals are online as long as you become a member, which is free you get $9.95 per person per game during the day. Lot's of fun for everyone if you have a disability there are ramps up to the lane's on certain lane's and there are standup things that the Ball can be easily rolled down. They also have a disabled toilets and parking is easy. Thank you for your friendly attitude we will be back.

Great place for the kids to have a party. Our host although young managed herself in a proffesional manner, but you can see that senior management is not giving the staff proper training. You could see that in certain situations dealing with parents they really get stressed. Support our young workforce as it's clear that they are your biggest asset.

A bit noisy. Food quality and price are not very good. But bowling and laser tag are affordable and nice. They could invest in a few new balls
