Wow. Had the best kids party I’ve ever been to. Was 3hrs of non-stop party time. Managers & host were all accommodating & listened to feedback. We were given options, & time constraints weren’t an issue. Was chaotic but so fun! Adults got to play the kids in laser tag & we were sweating & laughing in equal measure. Was a fantastic afternoon & thanks so much to Zone for making it easy & enjoyable for everyone. Would def book again!

We had our daughter’s birthday party here and the hosts were Kane and Matilda. We thought they handled the whole party of 18 kids brilliantly! Matilda was able to manage all the kids well and Kane kept things organised the whole time. They were easy to get along with, and told us parents to just sit back and enjoy! All the kids loved the party and had a good time.

Had my daughter's party there on the weekend as it is such great value. Our party hosts Sienna and Justin were absolutely amazing, they were so so good with the kids and really made everything easy.nThe venue was great, everyone friendly. My only criticisms would be to include on the invitation to arrive 15 minutes early so the guests are aware, and install some acoustic panels on the ceiling. I'm sure your staff are doing damage to their ears from how loud it is inside. Bonus points that the front sensor doors were set so kids wouldn't trigger and need an adult to access.nAll in all, all the kids had an absolute ball of a time and I would highly recommend having your kids parties here.

They were absolutely wonderful—friendly, attentive, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire event. They made sure everything ran smoothly, kept the kids engaged, and went above and beyond to ensure everyone had a great time.nnTheir positive energy and professionalism really made a difference and took a lot of stress off us as hosts. We truly appreciate their support and couldn’t have asked for better service.nnHighly recommend this venue for parties, especially with such fantastic staff. Thank you again, Saif and Asharia, for making the day so special!
