This is our 1st time to celebrate our daughter's birthday at Zone Bowling Castle Hill. We had a great experience with the professionalism of the staffs. The event ran smoothly and our host, Ethan was delivering exceptional services. He interacted with the kids and especially our birthday girl. He's also helpful in order to make the run down easier. We think Ethan is the assest for the company. Thank you once again for all the crews who helped the party went well. We'll definitely recommend Zone Bowling to all our friends.n- Andi & Devi -

We had our daughter’s birthday party here and the hosts were Kane and Matilda. We thought they handled the whole party of 18 kids brilliantly! Matilda was able to manage all the kids well and Kane kept things organised the whole time. They were easy to get along with, and told us parents to just sit back and enjoy! All the kids loved the party and had a good time.

Wow. Had the best kids party I’ve ever been to. Was 3hrs of non-stop party time. Managers & host were all accommodating & listened to feedback. We were given options, & time constraints weren’t an issue. Was chaotic but so fun! Adults got to play the kids in laser tag & we were sweating & laughing in equal measure. Was a fantastic afternoon & thanks so much to Zone for making it easy & enjoyable for everyone. Would def book again!

We celebrated our daughter’s 10th birthday at Zone Bowling Castle Hill and kids had a lot of fun. I didn’t have to worry much about anything since everything was arranged for. Our party host Matilda has lined up all the activities as planned. She was good with all the arrangements and provided everything that kids needed. Some of the guns at the laser tag were out of battery which was kind of a hinderance and I wish Zone bowling performed some checks before hand. Matilda was available right there to replace those guns with the working ones which was good. The aspect I felt didn’t have many choices was with food. Overall it was a good experience and I would recommend anyone zone bowling for a fun bday party celebration.

First time at Zone Bowling and it didn't go well. The front desk was unattended when we arrived, so we tried the self-service kiosk to buy a $120 token card — it took our money but no card came out.nnAfter about five minutes someone finally appeared, but she had to call two other staff members over to sort it out.nnOnce we finally got started, the first game machine also took our money and didn't work. Another five minutes wasted waiting for help. At no point did anyone apologise for the inconvenience.nnFor the rest of the visit, both staff members were busy on their phones and chatting to each other rather than paying attention to customers. Not exactly a friendly welcome for first-timers. The venue itself could also do with a proper clean.nnThree broken machines, slow service, no apology — not the experience we were hoping for.
