AMF Bowling and Laser Tag Villawood

Amazing!!! I love all the games and the wide selection of prizes here. The staff are really nice and helpful but most of the games need to be checked. Games such as the ping pong games always have less balls, which is a tremendous disadvantage to the player and many other games. I've had to ask the staff for extra games as most of the games weren't working and they were happy to give a game back. I recommend this time zone rather than the other ones.

I've been a loyal customer with Villawood for quite sometime. This is one of my favorite venue. The store manager Christine was very helpful, understanding, friendly, excellent customer service, look after my family very well and whenever we've problems she always resolve the matter. "She never let us down" The staff members are always friendly and welcoming as always when we enter the venue. Technician are well trained and very hard working. I will highly recommend this venue to others. Thank you for always giving my family a positive experience and enjoyable time!

Ava and Leon were amazing, they went the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed to relax and really enjoy the party. They were fantastic hosts and did a great job keeping the kids entertained. They were very helpful and easy going, the best customer service I have seen and we go to a lot of child parties. For such young employees they have superstar attitudes and work ethics! Definitely recommending friends and family to come here for their parties. The food was really good, the platters for the adults were very tasty, hot and fresh! The kids food too! Lots of thumbs up!

This is a wonderful place for families to enjoy a weekend. The bowling was very fun and very enjoyable. The arcade had so many games however, the arcade section was very packed during the weekend which is expected for any entertainment place. However, the mini restaurant was unsatisfactory. Food was all over the counter and all the tables were dirty. That’s why I gave 4 stars. The food staff were not really helpful. The coffee and chips were cold which is very inconvenient. The bathrooms were clean Overall, I recommend you to come here with your family and friends just bring your own snacks.

Great experience at Timezone Villawood, A big thank you to Ava and her team for today, the kids had a great time and a very positive experience for the parents too. It's not easy hosting 20 8 yr olds who want to run in every direction. I found all the staff to be friendly and happy to assist, they were all so easy to speak to with good energy. All the kids parents had a great day too which made today a success.

Would like to say a very big thank you to my daughter’s party host, Gabriel, who was phenomenal from start to finish. Gabriel kept checking in with me throughout the day and his patience, work ethic and party hosting skills are fantastic. I would also like to mention Josh, who also assisted us - Josh was very friendly and accomodating. Both Gabriel and Josh went above and beyond to welcome our family and ensure my daughter and her friends had a great time at her birthday party.

This has been a terrible experience From the moment we walked into the facility we had to wait 25 minutes just to get taken to our table we arrived 1 hour prior to avoid all of this, I booked this birthday party 3-4 weeks ago which included bowling laser tag and arcade when the bowling had ended staff told us laser tag was booked out to 7pm we had multiple issues, then going on to the let’s eat cafe ordered ice cream spiders paid $5.50 each only to be given warm drink the staff didn’t know how to make a spider ice cream then after waiting a further 15 minutes he put the scoop of ice cream with warm drink I asked if it’s warm he said yes the ice cream will make it cold it was absolutely disgusting and I had to throw both in the bin.. it took 3 attempts to make my coffee right as there is a trainee on the prices here are steep I had no problems paying it but I expect better then this “.. this isn’t the day to train a trainee when there is multiple parties and it’s so packed jam it’s just common sense I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone and I won’t be coming back absolutely disgusting oh and just to order food there was an hour wait it’s ridiculous

DO NOT GO TO THIS TIMEZONE. 70% of the machines are broken, and you wont know its broken until you tap your card and then see it take your money and not be able to play. Then when you go to the staff to tell them about the broken machine and losing your money, they will refund you but make no effort to fix the machine or warn anyone, so they will continue getting people saying the same thing to them all day. The staff seem to hate working there and i can't fully blame them. The people that go there destroy the machines and witnessing these groups of "people" ruin this arcade is horrifying. They need more staff and more security in my opinion. go to any other timezone don't bother with this one, it will ruin your day.
