Awesome place for a birthday, our host was amazing! Well looked after, kids had a blast! Definitely recommend.

This place has the potential of hosting great parties , Unfortunately a lack of urgency or communication in regards to the run of the day left us stressed out trying to cover the gaps with 24 kids - our kids finished bowling and they didn’t have drinks and food ready30min wait once we got the food the lights were switch off for an adjoining party for cake time which our kids and parents  didn’t know what was going on - game passes were left to give out after the party end time so half the kids didn’t get to play , no space for cake or platters we had to make a table with baby chairs ourselves and guests holding platters -  no control of the party space sections , with parties starting at later time coming into area at one time having over 70 people is a tiny space and 5 party hosts just standing there. As much as this venue ticks the entertainment experiences - event manager and logistics is lacking hopefully management review this and can take the appropriate steps as you are potentially losing revenue on repeat customers and referrals from the parents that attended

We had our son's party here and we're thoroughly impressed! Every aspect was planned for, all we had to do was show up and our hosts were there to help.nnAll out guests enjoyed the party, Izzy and Fotis were amazing. They helped with everything, we're on hand for anything we needed and we're very sweet and kind to all of us.

We had the best kids birthday party! Our party host was Solomon. He was so unbelievably helpful, diligent and pleasant with the kids. Anything we needed, he was on the job. It took away my parental party anxiety. I didn't know what to expect as kids can be unpredictable with their attention spans. The staff were amazingly flexible with shuffling around the party program as per the kids demands. Everyone had so much fun. I am super grateful for the extra effort the staff put in to help me out. We had the best time. Thank you so much.

My son had a great 8th birthday at Zone. I love that Zone assigns you your own “Party Host”. Sarah was very helpful and attentive to all our guests! I really appreciated her kind attention to our guests, and assisting me with the cake and menu options.
