Bangin place to hang out and have some fun. I was actually by myself, was in town for work and wanted a place to hang out and play arcade games. This place fit the bill. Good selections of old games and also pinball. Didn't bowl but a bunch of people in different groups looked like they were having a good time. Kids were having fun aswell as adults. Bar had a good selection of drinks. Staff were easy to deal with and accommodating. Will easily visit this place again next time I'm in town.

We held our daughter’s birthday party here and truly cherished the experience. The service provided was above and beyond whatever we expected. The ease of booking the venue, ordering the birthday cake, the quality of the wood fired pizzas, starters and burgers, the bowling and arcade games, even the assistance offered by the crew members were all exemplary. The staff even curated a playlist for the songs we wanted to be played during the party! Of particular mention is a staff member named Luka who assisted us tremendously with setting up the tables and distributing the food. I’m very impressed by his professionalism and attitude of service and care. I’d also like to mention two others Nimesh and Sudeep who helped us out on multiple occasions throughout the day to serve the food and organise the party. Last but not least, is the chef who we thought was delightful: he’s a master at what he does because the pizzas were absolutely delicious and we barely had any leftovers. He was quite lively and we really enjoyed speaking to him. Overall, I can’t recommend this place enough because it’s a gem of a venue run by some of the best people in the business. Thank you guys for the wonderful memories!

My favourite place to bowl. Waiting for them to bring back the School Holiday Special 1 game plus meal+drink. The food is great, hot and fresh. The kids love the arcade games too.

The chef and food was the ONLY good thing about this place. The ladies running the bowling lanes were so rude, condescending and no customer service skills at all. They accused us of damaging the lanes and cancelled our game! No damage was done by the kids at all. Someone needs to remove those two and they may get some more business through the door!

Went out with the boys to Strathfield Super bowl to get a bust up and bowl some strikes. The staff at this place were very friendly. I didn’t like how they wouldn’t let you have the bumpers up, but that didn’t stop us from having a jolly good old time. The manager was lurking waiting to strike which was abit sus but she was chill and a nice lady. You can bowl however you wanted and the staff didn’t mind as long as you follow the rules you are all good, bowl diving head first, backwards, through the legs it don’t matter. Played a game of pool, the table was small but it was in good condition. Arcade is a little old but still fun, not a fan of the prizes though as they weren't very intriguing but very lame. You gotta sort that one out, food was good nothing else to say about that but overall, I did have fun and would come back again

Fun time for the family. Our 3yr old and 6yr old had an awesome time, was there first time bowling. Good music and atmosphere. Don't need bowling shoes anymore, just wear your own. Downside was not enough bowling balls to go around... we often had people asking to take balls from our ball return thingie.

The young receptionist was extremely rude to customer. The place is cheap and equipments are fine but with such attitude, will not be coming back. Update: In response to the owner’s reply. I would like it make it clear that it is not about the fact that I wasn’t able to bring an unopened plastic bag and a bottle of unopened bubble tea into the venue. Rather, it is about the attitude that the receptionist was giving me. I didn’t read the sign at the entrance as I was in a rush and was having a phone call. Then I was stopped by the receptionist. While it is perfectly understandable for the receptionist to stop customers and remind them of the COVID-19 safety regulation but she used a very hostile, condescending and sarcastic attitude which was very unpleasant and completely ruined the bowling experience. I think it is perfectly fine to enforce the rules and regulation but as you can probably tell from the other reviews that it is not an isolated event that customers were treated very poorly when they inadvertently brought food or beverage in I’m sure no one would deliberately bring food or beverage in if they know that it is strictly prohibited. Once again, it is not about not being able to bring food or beverage in, it is about being treated decently as a person and being able to communicate with the staff in a comfortable and mutually respectful manner and environment. No one wants to be treated like a criminal or suspect just because they are holding a tea and unfortunately not aware of the rules. But then, if you think the communication style and staff attitudes are completely fine and it’s purely the customers’ problem, feel free to disregard my response.
