Place has a dirty feel to it. darts are kinda cheap but all their darts are always broken, pool tables are always full - one of the tables isn't working anyway. bowling is way to expensive. a single game is over $25pp so you pretty much always pay for the unlimited which is around $35pp which is just a rip i mean for a date night of two people thats $70!! only points here are saved by the staff who are always friendly and willing to help but the place seems to be understaffed. Also they do have a live DJ sometimes which is a nice touch.

Nice place to take kids for laser tag game. Staff is very friendly. Previously had hosted a birthday party here and was managed really well. This place is inside the Mandarin centre. Close to the station. Hard to find a slot during weekends . Best to book early. The pizza at the onsite bar is really nice.

The staff member named Nick was a fantastic host, he was helpful and friendly and couldn't do enough for us. Highly recommend this place.

we were in front of the counter and waited to be served, but the staff kept serving other people, he served two group of people and I asked do you see me? he said wait a sec, I waited for minutes already! I asked the manager, she checked the footage and said only one jumped in the queue!? oh my god, what a service~

There is so much wrong with this place! 
(we were a team of 6)
- Our game kept malfunctioning and we were losing our turns.
- the food took so long that we had almost finished our second game when it arrived, it was cold and I got food poisoning 
- there were drunk people walking along the lanes and up to the pins, rolling around on the floor, messing their beers and the staff did nothing.
- the ATM was broken
- the arcade token machine was broken
- some of the arcade games would take your money but wouldn't let you play??
- the bar staff were completely pathetic! I was ignored a few times before being able to order, and then when I did, I only received one of the drinks before the bar tender walked off to serve other people again. 
- The music was absolute garbage and so loud that the floor was vibrating! Conversation was impossible. It's a bowling alley! Not a night club! 
The only positive experience was the Karaoke. All the staff there seemed to be miserable. Not sure if they need new staff, more staff or better management but this place has so much potential and we just had an awful Saturday night.
