I've been here a few times with friends and family. Today, we ordered the Beef Nachos and the Mushroom & Halloumi Burger and they were amazing as always.nnI am greatly disappointed by their laksa. Though it had most of the components needed for a laksa, the soup was very salty and barely had coconut milk/cream, which is a key ingredient. I've had the laksa a few months prior to this experience and it was good then, not sure what happened this time around.nnOverall, they have great food for a reasonable price and service is amazing! Lovely staff who are always there to help.
Ordered the fish and chips. Was around $20 so was expecting more on the plate. The fish tasted mostly of batter and it was obviously not the most high quality fish. Would recommend ordering something else, maybe the burgers or Asian food. The redeeming factor was the overall atmosphere.
The Forestville RSL club has delicious food, kind staff, and a clean, modern atmosphere.
Very good Thai Laksa and Thai Beef salad at the restaurant - we use this facility for many community events and social outings. A great resource for the local area!
Decent food at a good price. Good beer, nice staff and a friendly environment. Favourite RSL
