Been back to Dominos Forestville numbers of times hoping that the Pizzas will actually be made properly, as when they are made well, they taste really nice. I believe we are one great meal to about 20 poor to really poor. We're done, no more Dominos Forestville!
What a load of rubish you guys are making, pls dont waste others hard earn money, there is a lady who looks like she don’t even want to work there, pizza is uncooked and not even cut properly due to uncooked base its have. I would not complain if i have not get stomach ache due to Pizzaa.
Never again! Never again! Poor service, bad pizzas. They can't even get the order correct and turn up without the complete order. The franchise owner even acknowledges the poor service and sends a card for a free pizza only to find out you have to buy a pizza to get one free. Never again!!
Ordered a supreme pizza, delivery was quick, shame about the pizza, someone forgot to cut it, and it had so much pizza sauce slopped all over it that made it gross to eat. Regret ordering this slop, should have gone with pound of pizza at Killarney Heights
Feeling a bit ripped off. Do you really call this 6 brownies for $6. It’s at least reasonable for 2-4 brownies not 1 large brownie cut into 6 tiny pieces. Not very good compared to other dessert products at other pizza chains.
wrong pizza, i even paid for the upgrade. And it is cold and looks just disgusting! Not handled with care and definetly not made with love. How can a responsible store manager take a look at this pizza and send it out to the customer??? It is not even fully cooked in the middle!!! Unbelievable....Nearly every time there is an issue when ordering delivery. Was my last time ordering at that store
Pizza was not cut properly, toppings poorly scattered no heart in making the pizza. Wouldn’t even bother coming back for a pepperoni mate.
I ordered Spicy Prawnssides which didn't end up being spicy at all, and came with Chocolate Fudge Dipping Sauce instead of Ranch Sauce. I was a little confused when the driver turned back to his car upon me opening the door, but he said he forgot the special sauce, and then later said it's in the box. Cool, the Jalapeno Lime sauce was in the box with the prawns...with chocolate dipping sauce. Not too sure what to make of this. ‍ Also was delivered much later than the estimated delivery time which did seem unrealistic anyway. About the app, once the app is closed, there is no way to track the order. The confirmation email came after the order was delivered, which didn't really help. I have left the above feedback on the website, this is for the public to note as well. But thank you for delivering dinner to my door anyway.
Was served by Riley today. She was so friendly, and patient. Honestly, the friendliest dominos employee I have ever met!
The last three times I have ordered from the store I they have got the order wrong. Today’s was adding a capsicum swirl when I am allergic to capsicum and specifically asked it removed. I mean, come on, it’s literally reading the order note and putting topping on dough. Thanks D’s
