Food is good. Service is another story. Not very friendly either. Maybe under staffed and everyone feeling the pressure? But it also drives customers away.

Has to be won of the best value & taste take-away food outlets. The burgers are better than the old school burgers back in the 60's (and they were pretty good). I rememberf the 1st pizza shop at Forestville in the 70's, us school kids couldn't wait to get a pizza. Well they would go broke up against Base & Burger Forestville. Bloody good value & food!

Due to Forest Woodfired Pizza being closed due to new hospital, we had to find another pizza option. I ordered one pizza and showed up at the restaurant 20 minutes later like they asked. I let them know I was there and then sat and waited.....and waited. Then about 15 minutes later I hear them running around trying to find my pizza after I asked AGAIN where it was. Turns out they didn't make it! So I had to wait another 15 minutes while they made my pizza. When my pizza was finally ready, it as just shoved to me with no apology or thanks for your order. TERRIBLE SERVICE!! The pizza was nothing to write home about. Fairly average, but not terrible. Will not return. Thankfully Forest Woodfired Pizza has re-opened in a new Forestville location, so we have gone back to excellent quality pizza with fantastic, humble service from the owners.
