Last week i paid a $100 for a special class hosted by Hanshi for my daughter 9. I was in the audience. I am speachless ,Outstanding not only the instructor but i learnt his own daughter was sparing with mine. And the daughter is very helpful and gave time to my inexperienced daughter as do the whole team. The class lifted a very shy girl. I like the respect and the attention given to the entire class. I like the motivative speeches. I still have chivers. Well done.

Pollets Martial Arts is an exceptional organisation with talented instructors and a family friendly environment. I have been training with my husband for over a year, and my health and fitness has improved significantly. I believe Martial Arts is an amazing way to exercise, explore and embrace a disciplined and structured self defence methodology.

Pollets is a great place to not only learn how to protect yourself, but also teaches focus, confidence, self respect and respect for others. The instructors are awesome. They truly care about my children. There is a family feel at Pollets that is very welcoming to both new and existing students. I highly recommend Pollets to everyone, of any age or fitness level.

Amazing Dojo. As a busy working family , we love the flexibility of nightly and weekend classes. Sensei Lloyd & Sensei Jade teach mixed martial arts whilst also instilling life skills my kids could not find in another sport. Pollet's Castle Hill is our home away from home!
