I had my Wedding here 13.07.24 and it was Magical to say the least. Kristine was my coordinator and she was fabulous. I received the best service from her and the rest of the staff.  I had been living in Canberra and only did two visits with Kristine in person and all communications were done via email. She was very responsive and understanding with me.nnWe hosted both our Civil Ceremony and Wedding reception at the Hills Lodge, they allowed for me to have my have my Civil Ceremony at 9am and then my Reception at 1pm since I had a Religious Ceremony that I needed to have at 11am. Most venues don't allow that, but the Hills Lodge made things possible for me which I am absolutely grateful for.nnMy husband and I stayed at the hotel as well as some of my guests and they all had the best customer service from all the staff. We dined at the restaurant too and it was 5/5 the service as well as the quality of the food.nnHere are some of the pictures from my wedding :

I was at a function after a funeral. The service and staff were impeccable.nFamily members stayed here overnight and again, the service and staff were excellent. I haven't heard ANY complaints, put it that way. And we would have heard, believe that!nGoogle Maps got us directly to the door, so I have to say that it was easy to find. It has plenty of parking.nFrom what I could see, the front desk is always staffed.

My Bridal Shower was held here at The Hills Lodge inside the Nobles Restaurant and it was PERFECT.nnWe were a group of around 30 and the room was set up beautifully. The team were incredible before the event as well as during. They made me feel like such a special guest and not just because I was the Bride to be, they made all our guests feel special.nnWe had high tea and the food was delicious! They accommodated our guests with dietary requirements and everyone enjoyed the food so much, they even let us take home our leftovers!! All the drinks were great too, the entire high tea experience was perfect.nnNone of our guests wanted to leave, we went over time but the staff didn't make us rush or anything. After the event, everyone was just in a great mood, feeling so happy and full. And the grounds were just beautiful. It couldn't have gone better but it could have gone longer!nnI cannot recommend The Hills Lodge more, they were so accommodating. I can't wait for another reason to have an event here. I will be back soon!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel has a really nice and the room was big and very clean. The bathroom was a little dated but still good.nnIt was the staff here that made it special. When we arrived the lady at the desk was so warm and friendly and really made us feel special and welcome.nnWe had dinner at the fine dining restaurant and again our waitress made it very special and nothing was a problem. The fireplace was so good, if you can book at table near the fireplace do.nnAlso one tip, when we went we got a great deal off dinner with our Accor loyalty membership, its was 50% off food, such great value.

We had our daughter's High Tea bridal shower at Nobles Restaurant which is inside The Hills Lodge & the event turned out absolutely fantastic! The guests all enjoyed themselves, they loved the food & drinks & most of all, they were all in awe of the lovely venue. The staff are so accommodating & friendly, you can tell they really wanted us to have a good time & enjoy the party. Highly recommended & will definitely go back again.
