Delightful, homely and comfortable bed & breakfast in a quiet area. Comfy beds. TV, electric jug, iron & ironing board conveniently available. Excellent breakfast provided each morning. Everything you could want is here to make your stay the best ever. Very reasonable rates.

Great place to stay. Friendly hosts. Great breakfast, including bacon and eggs, cereal, toast and fruit. Clean and cheaper than a hotel.

Very comfortable and clean with everything supplied including wifi. Parking is on the street but busses are available nearby and a timetable was available. A lovely breakfast was also provided.

A comfortable home away from home I'd stay at again. Nice room, breakfast was lovely and the WiFi great. I deducted one star because the AC was set far too warm (it felt like 26-28C in my room to me) so I had to rely on sleeping above the covers with a pedestal fan on me. The AC is a ducted system with limited room control so there was nothing I could do about it. The hosts sympathised but said if they turned it down they then got complaints about it being too cold. One other guest had the same complaint as me so perhaps they've erred a bit too far on the warm side. Hopefully that's been addressed next time I stay.

Small rooms with fitted carbets. Cant say super friendly. We found our toothbrushes from bin after cleaning. We didnt know they are not allowed to leave in bathroom. Old fashioned showers - be aware or burn yourself. Very strick times for breakfast and no place where to do your own.
