What an amazing find! Cannot believe how affordable this place is. Rooms are beautiful, spotless and well stocked with all the basics. Reception staff are so friendly and helpful. Immaculate pool and very clean gym. And just 10min walk from the train station and many great food outlets. Will be booking here again! Only downfall is older TVs so no option to cast, but who travels to stay in their room and watch TV anyway.

Location was great. However the room left a lot to be desired. The sheets were rough, crinkly and noisey. The aircon was exceptionally noisey all night which made it hard to get a good nights sleep. The room was quite dated and the bathroom had broken hinges on doors, missing towels rails and lots of old fittings/screws left in tiles. There was also an additional parking fee which was not mentioned when I booked the room or talked to staff members prior to our arrival.

If I could rate this hotel minus, I would do so.  It is disgraceful that such a sub-par room is sold at all,  much less for the price that is being charged.  Staff were lovely and attempted to help,  but no offer of an upgrade into a decent room. Carpets were beyond awful. It looked like someone had used the carpet as a toilet,  and smelt that way too. Bathroom was beyond dated and grout was filthy. I will never, ever stay here again.  Lift your game and provide a room that fits its description.

I had a really nice stay at Visy Dior Hotel. The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and I loved the convenience of 24-hour check-in and 11am check-out. Breakfast was complimentary and a nice way to start the day, and the overall appearance of the hotel is really welcoming.nnSome things could be improved—the bathrooms feel a little outdated, the mini bar is pricey, and parking isn’t free—but it’s clear the hotel is investing in updates, especially with the dining hall expansion. Overall, it’s a comfortable and pleasant place to stay with a lovely vibe.

Good hotel generally but scope for improvement.nnCoffee and buffet breakfast were both below average.nnFront reception accepted my laundry after advertising the complimentary laundry service only to call me later saying the service wasn't available.nnBathrooms are dated.nnOtherwise the rooms are nice, there's onsite parking and the price was very reasonable.
