Disappointing Stay – Poor Service and MismanagementnnI rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at this hotel was deeply frustrating and far below basic expectations.nn• Room Issues: The air conditioning in my first room was clearly not working, yet staff insisted it was fine after raising a compliant the next day Morning. After a request, I was moved to a different room—the next evening, which disrupted my plans.n• Basic Amenities Missing: No complimentary water bottles were provided, which is a standard service in most hotels. The hair dryer in the second room didn’t work either and had to request for another one during the rush office hour.n• Mini Bar Mishap: Upon entering the new room, I found the mini bar leaking—apparently switched off prior to my arrival. Despite not consuming anything, I was wrongly charged the very next day after check out. The mini bar was not even filled up and without checking from their side , they simply apologised casually without knowing the facts upon questioning them.n• Service Response: The staff’s attitude was rude and so do his response. It was a shame to the hotel stating they had no maintenance services for three weeks when I have questioned them about the AC service.nnOverall, this stay was marked by poor maintenance, lack of accountability, and a disregard for guest comfort. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves their service standards.
It looks like a dinosaur hotel- the worst place I have been. The rooms are outdated, with very dirty old carpets, furniture from grandma's time, very disappointed.nnHouse housekeeping lady was very helpful, though. She provided extra towels to cover the dirty sitting chair. I couldn't access the socket to plug in my laptop as it was inaccessible so she provided extra cables.nBasically, she was trying to cover up all the nonsense.nThis accommodation is terrible, but the dining area and reception lobby are beautiful. Breakfast was also very good.nIt's a good dining destination but don't stay there.
I only experienced lunch. After viewing the menu on the website which looks great I made a booking with all time slots noting All Day Menu. Given there was only one menu on the website you would think that is what you would be presented with?!nWell I arrived to find no one had any idea of the booking, the restaurant looked to be closed. There were a lot of staff wandering about but not one approached. I approached a nice lady behind the bar, she looked confused but seated us. Then the menu came and we were told it was the Bar Menu and that is all they serve during the day as they don't open for lunch?... Not happy - it wasn't even an elevated bar menu. What we did eat wasn't bad.nShort story it won't be a mistake we make again. There are many nice restaurants around the area so they will be the first choice next time.nAlso the entry and gardens around the parking area look very shabby. First impressions count. .nFix your website please.
Great place to spend your vacation, locate close to so many adventures you can have in the area relaxing and having fun, plus the extraordinary and amazing service with delicious food.nIt was a wonderful experience and highly recommended. Staff were really helpful and friendly and go above and beyond with dinning service, we didn’t expect that! so it was so nice. Food also delicious and amazing. Highly satisfied. We are looking forward to many more stays here.
Great location for where we needed to be. The breakfast had variety & well set out. The room was large, bed very comfortable, bathroom showed signs of aging. The air conditioner was loud & only functioned on high.nThe service was warm & welcoming.
