After having a baby and not being able to look after myself or have much of a break, my husband surprised me with what was meant to be a 2 hour pampering session. I ended up with a 15 minute scalp massage which was not included and what felt like my 9 month old was just lightly playing with my hair. She used one hand and seemed to be playing with her phone with the other. She kept disappearing for 10 minutes at a time and kept bumping into the bed every minute or so. My facial was completely rushed and I could feel so many spots missed. My eyebrow tint and wax was also very rushed and I ended up with the tip of my right eyebrow missing. And last but not least, she ended the session 30 minutes early! My husband paid over $220 and after complaining, I was offered ANOTHER crappy scalp massage which again, was not even part of the package! I was already dressed and ready to leave when I noticed the time and was not prepared to go back in for more. Unprofessional, lazy and bad service. These therapists clearly need better training.

Total bliss! Absolutely amazing atmosphere and staff, very friendly professional and welcoming! Best experience would highly recommend!

The girls at Urban Spa Castle Hill are always wonderful every time I visit for my monthly treatment. I always look forward to visiting. :)

I was walking past the Urban Spa salon with my new baby sleeping soundly when I thought I'd just take my chances and see if I could get an appointment. I did! As Erin, the lovely beauty therapist was about to apply my lash tint, my baby decides to wake up.. Not ideal. I tried to settle him as best I could but no luck. I resigned myself to the fact that it just wasn't going to happen when in walks the lovely owner (I'm sorry I didn't catch her name) who happily took my son for me and settled him while I had my treatments. This was so amazing and one of the nicest things I've ever experienced with any service I've had. Not only did I get my treatments done but I'm thrilled with the results and will be back again soon. Thank you girls at Urban Spa Kellyville
