First time I came here and everyone was super nice and professional! I've never had short hair before so I was a little bit nervous to see how it would turn out but Jenny and the other staff did an awesome session! I have been going to Erics since 2003 and would highly recommend it to anyone. I have always had compliments on my hair, the staff are great and it's reasonably priced. They did my bridal party and my hair, I've brought family and friends, and Scott has done my sons hair since his first cut in 2008. Peter is fantastic as my hair stylist and he has a great team. Even when I moved out of the area I travelled there for the brilliant service.

I've been getting my hair cut here for about 4 years however I've now stopped. I've had to wait too many times, sometimes up to half an hour for a fringe trim! The last time I got my hair cut, the girl butchered it. She layered my fringe instead of cutting it blunt like I asked. It was too short and looked ridiculous. No apology and they still charged me. They need more experienced  hairdressers.

I had a hair appointment booked here for my formal and the service provided was terrible. The hairstylist refused to do my hair due to being in a supposed bad mood and I sat there for over 30 minutes waiting for my appointment to start. As a result 5 other stylists tried to do my hair and could not do it properly. I ended up having my appointment going over time causing me to be late to my makeup appointment and therefore late to my formal. As well my hair was not finished by the hairdressers, and not at all what i requested so it had to be fixed by the makeup artist and I left there very upset. This hairdressing salon use to be very reliable and great at styling hair but now I am so disappointed and would never give them my business again. They caused me to miss out on experiencing part of my formal and made an experience that should have been enjoyable very stressful.

I have been getting my haircut from Eric’s for at least 4-5 years now and have never even considered visiting another hairdresser/salon. Have always received the best service and haircuts. I book in advance as I am a regular and haven’t had an issue at all, I receive a reminder text a day prior to my appointment which is helpful with working it around my schedule. I have had Jaimee and Peter cut my hair over the 4-5 years of being a regular and both have been spectacular and have never let me down. I am veeeeery particular with my hair and do not trust anyone but Peter to cut it, he knows my ‘usual’. Also, I do not understand the reviews regarding lack of service because Eric’s Hair Studio has probably the friendliest and most welcoming staff I’ve ever met, they all know exactly what I’m there for and what I need done as soon as I walk through the doors and help me out straight away. I’d highly recommend going here for any hair needs!
