I've been to many hairdressers and this is without doubt, the best. On both occasions I have been, not only did I receive the best haircuts of my life, I received wonderful hospitality and service. Linda is very in tune with my hair desires and everyone I spoke to was kind, helpful and giving of their time. My hair is shiny, healthy and the cut is fabulous and refreshing All my friends commented on it. Worth every cent.

I've been a customer at Royals for 3 months now and have had 3 visits.... everytime I have felt welcomed and looked after by all the staff. Emma C is my hair colourist & stylist and she is fantastic at her work. I'm so glad I have found a salon that I can feel comfortable & confident in. We are working on my colour to make some changes and I'm looking forward to my next appointments.... Thanks Emma C.

I went to Royals in Castle Hill today for the first time. I was booked in with Elie for my colour and cut and he was amazing! I am so pleased with the result, he took the time to find out about me and how much time I have to do my hair each day, and gave me some great tips to keep it looking good. I will absolutely be back!!!! Thank you Elie, you’re a star!

Royals was an excellent experience. Went in for my appointment to fix up a botched hair cut that I received elsewhere the day before. Not only was Emma J. such a professional, but she was so calm and took the time to understand what i was after and was able to fix my hair. Customer service was great, offered a refreshment as soon as I arrived and made to feel welcomed and valued (not just something on a production line that needed to be spat out quickly) especially during the Christmas rush. Price tag was reasonable also. I did have to come back about 30 minutes later as they were running late but didn't mind this in the end because of the results achieved. Highly recommend Royals!

Started seeing Emma C in April of last year. And from then she’s been 100% honest with me and the condition of my hair! My hair was broken and damaged and from the advice she gave me in April honestly my hair is x100 times better. I’m so so happy with the service and honesty from the beginning. Couldn’t recommend enough!!
