I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at the store. When I inquired about servicing my line trimmers, I was met with dismissive and unprofessional responses. The staff suggested that my equipment was disposable and tried to upsell me on new products instead of providing the assistance I needed. Furthermore, after being left unattended while considering new purchases, I observed a lack of commitment to customer care as the salesperson prioritized a smoke break over helping me.nnTo add to my frustration, I was informed that my Stihl trimmer required a costly carburetor replacement and was advised to buy a new one, only to discover that a simple cleaning at home resolved the issue. This experience has left me with the impression that the store's approach to servicing is deceptive, and their focus is solely on maximizing sales with little regard for genuine customer support. Not only is their pricing unreasonably high, but their customer service falls well below the standard I would expect from a retailer like Bunnings.
Helpful staff in store, and the next day free delivery service is fantastic. Very easy and seamless process to have large and heavy materials delivered. All staff I dealt with in store, on the phone, and at delivery were great.
Nothing has changed. staff still belligerent and rude towards customers
The power tools section service is excellent and I would give 5 stars however the the new phone system is extremely poor. It is difficult and frustrating to get someone to answer and on one occasion I rang 6 times without getting through.
What an amazing place. So much range, good quality not like others Bun... hardware excellent service. Everyone should support small business. Thanks
