I used to think Bunnings had some of the best prices for pool chemicals. Checked out the latest prices as at 26/11/25 and they are actually more expensive than my local pool shop and even better pricing can be found online with free shipping using a basic Google search. Lost me as a customer for now.
Another easy & satisfying customer experience. I had 10,000 star service from more of your terrific hardworking staff. I’d like to thank most especially Gianni who sorted a complex situation re a return; Bella for completing the process this morning & Kaitlin for her delightful, kind caring & good humoured welcome to the store. The staff have great knowledge of the policies & procedures & have fabulous customer service skills. All are to be congratulated on their ability to manage customers with intelligent kindness, diplomacy, terrific good humour & politeness. I would be delighted if this review can please be used in their performance reviews
I am splitting the difference as we had two very separate experiences at this store last Sunday. The first with a young lady who could not have been more helpful and pleasant. We needed 2 large 2.4 m MDF boards cut to specific sizes , she was extremely helpful and did a superb job. Time to pay and our second experience with a young lady at the checkout in the gardening centre. She was totally disinterested and rather rude though she did avoid any engagement with us…nThe first staff member should be rewarded for great service and assistance ….The second removed from contact with customers given her attitude and demeanor ….
Excellent customer from the team at Dural Bunnings. They helped me buy some outdoor furniture and were able to get it delivered before a New Years event my family were hosting last year. Delivery was the next day and the staff were very friendly with helping me organise everything.
Dropped in for a coffee and some other items t9day. Normally a good one stop shop.... Cafe is meant to open from 8am, this is the second time that we have art8ve at 8am to find that the cafe is not open. All good, take some time to look around at some other items. Finally someone decides to o0en up the cafe..... what an attitude. Lights are on so they are not open yet. Don't worry about the time amd the sign that says they open at 8am. The girl running it clearly does not want to be there. Can't break a smile. Does not have amy customer focus. Can't wear a name tag. What a way to represent the business. Hopefully the next time we visit we can have a better exp. Alternatively taking the business elsewhere. Considering the staff also use this cafe you would think it would be spot on, staff drifting back amd forth waiting for it to open. Not very productive
