they have their price policy where they say they  will beat the competitor's price.. one time i showed them the price on a rival's catalogue and the staff's first response was " why don't you just go there and buy it?"
and i had to wait  up to 20 mins till they check with the manager..it wasn't done deliberately because they were busy serving other customers at the time... i eventually got my discount but it was not as easy as what the policy states

Car park was quite full but still easy enough to find a spot. Like most Bunnings, laid out in a standard format. Sausage sizzle was not the best, cheap sausages. Sausage sizzle, that's the point of going to Bunnings on a Saturday 😉

Best Bunnings compared to Belrose and Thornleigh - staff are really knowledgeable and everything is tidy and organised. We'll be driving a bit further to get our Reno stuff from here from now on. (even have an enclosed kids play area inside the shop)

Have been there a few times as usually go to to the Thornleigh Bunnings which is closer to us. Always found more variety, better tools and supplies.

Great store for hardware, with BBQs every weekend. Everything is great except the plant and pot selection.
