I think they need to re-educate the staff about returns and exchanges. The blender I bought here broke down after 2 months so I asked for a refund or exchange. The young staff member told me that Woolworths does not accept returns or exchanges after 30 days. I looked up Woolworths return or exchange policy online and showed it to the staff and the manager came and asked me unnecessary questions. Questions like how often I used it annoyed me. They reluctantly gave me a refund. They did not even ask about the exchange. It was a bad experience.

Woolworths closes at 10 pm. Cleaner Yash closed front shopping centre doors at 9:50pm presumably so he could finish cleaning and go home early.nnIf he's doing so with the management's blessing, then the management should make it public knowledge that the centre will not allow people in after 9:50. They should change their closing times on Google and also put signs up at the doors.nnIf he's not doing so with the management's permission and this is his own private hussle, then he lacks empathy for busy families and he needs to be reminded that in australia 10 pm means 10 pm and not 9:50pm.nnBest regards
My usual grocery shopping store, when I'm around the area. This place is always clean and tidy. It is always improving in terms of the decoration and the placement of products. Love the new look.
