I have been using Optus store in cherrybrook for our business and family needs for more than 2 years and have been there multiple times for upgrades, issues to be resolved. The people are so friendly and helpful. Each time they took personal responsibility to ensure proper resolution. They helped us save by switching plans that were fit for purpose based on the individual needs such as international travel for me, data usage by family members etc. They have even delighted us by offering discounts on the accessories wherever possible. Highly recommended...

The staff in this store have always been extremely helpful and eager to deliver a positive customer experience. They explained everything clearly and saw things from my point-of-view to find the best value for money deal. (Tip to Optus HQ: give your people a hot line to Head Office so staff can provide quicker customer service.)

Excellent service, staff is very cordial and very helpful. On many occasions they have solved my queries for the services I have with Optus. Highly recommended for business and personal needs... Thanks guys keep up the good work..

I am so disappointed as I truly thought the store manager was being very helpful when he started giving me accessories and saying " Here, all these are included in your phone package." He gave me a number of products ( I didn't select any of these myself, nor see any prices, he just started piling them all up in front of me. I thought - "What a cool promotion! I don't really want or need half of these, but if they a bonus with the plan that's fine). I thought it was such a cool deal I took my daughter down and she got a phone too ( again, he started piling up accessories in front of her - no choice, no mention of costs "all included in your package"). It's only now I'm home I realise he has in fact charged me for all these and added them to my plan! $210 EACH for items I didn't pick, nor did I necessarily want! This is not legal. I have called and told them I will be taking them all back - but I am left feeling very betrayed. I suspect this is a COMMON tactic there - BE WARY. Silly sales strategy as short term gain for long term ill will in a community.

We have our company mobiles, landline and internet through this store. However over the year, their customer service is very bad with high staff over. Last week 2/1/18 I went in to sign up for $59 plan. Staff told me it's longer available and conned me into signing an $85 plan for 2 years. Returning home, I found on the Optus website that the $59 plan is still available. I return the next day to speak to the owner, Harry in which replied that he will contact Optus to help resolve my new contact. It has been more than a week and when I ring, his staff says he's not contactable. Very disappointing for being misled, high pressure selling and very dishonest people. His manager, an Indian girl was very aggressive and arrogant when I spoke to her. I have since contact TIO to resolve this unfortunate experience.
