Great service. Great burgers. The wait staff were fast and efficient. We have a dietary need and they helped out and made stuff fresh for us and were happy to do so. Very friendly.

I took my girlfriend out to lunch here and she loved it. The food was fresh and delicious and the staff were wonderful, they were very kind and made sure you were comfortable and had everything you needed. I would highly recommend it to anyone :)

Ran out of everything basing sales from previous public holidays. Had no regular buns but were quite happy to charge extra for the “healthy” buns at customers expense for their stuff up. Ordered sweet chilli chicken, paid.... no chicken left. So changed to a sunset beef burger. It came with sweet chilli sauce? Very dry. Flavours were good though. Order sweet potato chips and a side of mayo. Mayo tub had hardly any in it, still had half of the chips left and more mayo is a dollar. I probably wouldn’t have minded but after being stuffed up so much what the hell was the harm to make me feel better by just grabbing another of those teeny tiny half filled pots of mayo for no extra cost to me considering the awful experience? Annoyed me. Second time coming to Grill’d and we will not be returning. Both experiences were not the best.

We enjoyed our burgers with the fries tasting plate. Zucchini fries stay very hot inside. Staff were helpful and attentive. Pity they don't serve coffee. Our group of five were well looked after

Never once got a please or thank you from the staff. Sticky tables, no pints only bottled beer. No ice at all on the premises for drinks or wine cooler. Reluctant to give free table water (was warm) Staff Made you feel like you were inconveniencing them (we had a table for 21) Such a shame the staff had no hospitality training. Probably won’t go again, neither will our guests.
