This place is great! It’s true you’re going to find some more exquisite tastes out there but for sheer comfort food, this place is awesome value for money. It’s a pity that for us the chicken was a bit dry but everything else we got was fantastic. The lamb ribs in particular were some of the best Ive had - definitely at that price point. The sides are also really good - potato bake, avocado salad were of particular note. If you’re in the area or you’re just looking for some comfort food for a reasonable price then don’t overlook Charco’s!
I can see why these guys are always so busy. The food on offer is spectacular. Some of the tastiest takeaway chicken my friends have ever eaten. Juicy, succulent and so tasty. They have different flavour options for the chicken. The spicy was delicious and definitely spicy which my friends loved. The salads are so tasty and a huge range which as the vegetarian of the group adored. The potato bake is amazing and I will be back to buy more. I really liked the cashew nut pasta. Yummy. Great service. Tables and seating available inside and outside.
Take away or dine in the portion always generous. The Portuguese chicken is the best and we love the lamb meat box. Also the service always friendly.
Sorry guys didn't win me over here got home and was looking forward to trying this for the first time though was disappointed the chicken was so dry I did like the salad though and you were generous with the chips though they were very hard! please keep the chicken moist and check it before serving to your customers!
We ordered catering from these guys for New Years eve, and it was phenomenal! The cream potato, biryani rice and caesar salad went down a storm and we definitely over ordered on the meat, but it was still just as good for the next 3 days!! Thanks to everyone at Charco's for such a good feed!!
Only recently found this place. Ate 3 times the first week ! Beautiful chicken, amazing salads different each time. Staff are so friendly and lovely people. Restaurant was so clean. Have had amazing dinners each time never disappointed the whole family love our new found local weekly takeaway. Thanks guys
The ribs and seafood salad are a MUST TRY! Everything else is yummy but these stood out at least for me totally recommend this place!!
Without a doubt one of the most generous & flavoursome takeaway meals I have had in years. Very impressed by the calm & happy vibe from the team working there - which is as rare as hens teeth in hospitality! Will definately return.
BEST CHICKEN AND CUSTOMER SERVICE... PERIOD! Best chicken in Perth and outstanding value for money. Friendliest staff ever, makes you feel like you're family and not just a customer. 11/10
the young man taking your order has THE best people skills. In fact the entire restaurant ambience is a real credit to the proprietors as first time customers we were pumped up to enjoy your well reviewed chicken and sides. But to be honest we all felt a little underwhelmed from our visit. my chicken was so dry the dog got it and the salad all kinda tasted the same. Maybe it was a one-off hiccup but sadly nobody's in a hurry to return.
