The drive through service at this MacDonalds is so, so slow. There have been multiple occasions over the past 6 months where we have waited 10-15 minutes to get our food. If the staff parked up orders that are going to take a little longer like the Melville MacDonalds do it would help with flow of the drive through line. Please train your staff!
I had a very disgusting service from macdonald’s yesterday. We order two banana bread and coffee for just banana bread we need to wait 15 minutes and when we get it, it was fully burnt on one side and another side it was hard like frozen. Please treat customer well, this is not what you serve.
one incident: I had an extremely disappointing and upsetting experience at your store last night Sunday the 8th of March around 11:10pm in the drive-through.nnWhen I arrived at the speaker to give my code, the manager cut me off halfway through speaking in an unnecessarily rude and dismissive tone, telling me to drive through. He didn’t let me finish my sentence and spoke in a way that felt completely disrespectful.nnAt the first window, I paused briefly because I had already paid in the app. Usually, staff just give a thumbs up and I drive straight through. Instead, the same manager came to the window, snapped at me sarcastically, and said “thanks for waiting at the first window!” before storming away. This was not just rude, it was unprofessional and completely unnecessary.nnWhile waiting at the second window, I witnessed a customer inside point out that his burger had been made incorrectly. The manager proceeded to yell at staff through his headset in the kitchen, yelling and swearing f-word he also aggressively slammed the incorrectly made burger into the bin. All customers, including myself, could hear this. The other manager and staff members just stood there and laughed. I found it shocking, disrespectful, and completely unacceptable for a manager to speak to their young staff members in that way. This kind of behaviour is unprofessional and abusive and needs to be taken seriously. Just so you can identify him he was probably mid 20s wearing glasses and slim build.nnWhen I finally received my order, the young female staff member working in the drive-through handed me my food and drink without a single word, shoving it at me in a dismissive manner. This was incredibly rude and made the experience even more unpleasant.nnOverall, the service tonight was shocking, rude, and unprofessional. Being treated this way when simply trying to get food late at night is unacceptable. You never know what someone is going through, and this kind of behaviour from a manager and staff member is completely inexcusable.nnThis situation needs to be addressed immediately. The manager’s tone, rudeness, and aggressive behaviour toward both staff and customers were completely unacceptable. I’ve looked through the reviews and noticed several others describe similar experiences with this same manager, “yelling, swearing,” and speaking disrespectfully.nnNo matter what position someone holds, there is never any excuse to treat staff or customers this way. You never know what someone might be going through, and being spoken to like that completely ruined my night.nnPlease reconsider how you select and train your managers. Behaviour like this comes across as bullying, and it is not acceptable in any workplace or customer service setting. Really made me feel like a “valued” customer.nnsecond incident:nnOn Thursday 2nd of July I went through the drive-through at around 7:45 am and ordered a large oat latte with an extra shot, served warm. Unfortunately, it arrived with chocolate powder on top, which I did not request or want and it was served extremely hot rather than warm. It was so hot that it burned my tongue.nnI think staff need to be more careful when preparing orders. If I had an allergy or sensitivity to chocolate, or to an ingredient in the powder, this could have been a much more serious issue. Customers should receive what they order, especially when it comes to added ingredients and requested serving temperatures.
I ordered a large hot chocolate this morning , and when I got the drink, it was only half a cup, most all them is foam.nThey should improve their employee training.
Usually pretty good here but when I buy a $17 dollar meal big arch i expect all the meat patties to be in the burger not just 1
