Can you believe we waited more than 35 minutes, only to be told that the item we ordered was no longer available?nnThe staff changed our order and menu options after we had already been waiting for a long time. While the replacement food was actually quite nice, that’s not really the point.nnFast food is supposed to be fast, especially when you’re hungry and just want a quick meal. Instead, we experienced a long wait, confusion, and unnecessary drama before finally getting our food.nnThe food itself was decent, but the overall experience was disappointing and definitely not what we expected from a fast-food restaurant.

It was my first time seeing a concept like this, and I found it unique and practical—perfect for those who want a fast and hassle-free meal.nnAs for the food, the burgers are delicious, juicy, and honestly better than Macca’s. The service was quick, making it a great spot for a tasty meal on the go. Overall, a unique experience, and I’d definitely come back!
Had a quick meal at this branch and the food was up to par for Hungry Jacks so that's a positive. The restaurant itself only has a counter window and drive through and as such no dine in. There's a few tables outside though but otherwise this is not a great place to dine in at, but takeaway or a quick meal is fine.
Zero respect to customers, like who the hell runs a business like this?nnCremated old cold onion rings. If you can’t even get this right it’s scary what else you might be getting wrong as a business!
My personal stats: 6 takeaway orders, 5 with mistakes. Previously it was mostly drink types or wrong subs. This time I got Classic Jack’s Fried Chicken instead of Cheesy Bacon, a $1.40 mistake. I know their attitude, so I checked it straight away. It’s the closest place to me, so I only go there if I’m already nearby. I don’t think there were any kiosks before. Thanks for installing them. Ordering in person was quite difficult.
