Stepping out from the pub with a few beers in my belly. Time to eat. What do I see in the distance? The Hungry Jack's logo perched high on a post for all to see. Seemed like a small restaurant. There was outside seating. Good enough. I ordered my usual - Whopper Meal Regular with Diet Coke. Always happy with this choice.

Often don’t have items I want to order. Most recent experience the drive through screen was down and one item ordered was not available but they didn’t advise us of this until we asked why I wasn’t on the order. Would seem logical to inform us it wasn’t available at the point of attempted order, wouldn’t you think? I wonder if the drive through screen not working means they would’ve attempted to charge us for this item...
Service is generally slow with rude or unsatisfactory customer service skills. One server commented on my appearance inappropriately, asking was I feeling okay, that I  don’t look well to paraphrase. Which I found completely unnecessary and inappropriate for her line of work. Take my order, take my money and give the food to me. Don’t comment on my appearance, for all she knew I was just out of hospital and after a comfort meal (which I was)

The sign about “suggestive selling” is visible in the walk in counter which I know is something staff are expected to do but for it to be that visible to customers is off-putting. 

The outdoor seating area is always filthy. 

They use too much sauce in burgers. Like 3 times as much compared to other stores. Maybe to mask poorly cooked food? The assumptions can go on for days, but I’ll let the customers decide on this one

I would rate this mornings service zero stars if the app let me. This morning we got 4 flame grilled bacon delux. The bacon wasn't even cooked or cheese melted. The whole lot was cold and the chips. Which we waited for, for 20 minutes. We got our refund. Will be making an official complaint.

Staff are rude and unprofessional, especially the management. Service is very slow, even if you are the only customer there. The quality of the food is far below average, often dry and old meat, unsalted old cold fries and expect them to get your order wrong.

Also I was made to park my car and wait for one snack box at 3pm on a Saturday, there where no other customers. Expect your chips to be cold and bland, if you ask them to make sure there is salt on them then expect them to be cold and covered in salt. Guy on drive to thru speaks for n very broken English and will have a just as hard a time understanding you as you do him.
