Food took ages to be made which is fine when the place is busy, but the quarter pounder was cold and the top patty was raw. The coke was warm and had zero ice in it. Couldn't even eat the food I waited 25mins for. Very disappointing.

Disappointing Experience with Manager at McDonald’s MaylandsnnI recently had a disappointing experience at the McDonald’s in Maylands. I went through the drive-through and bought a Happy Meal for my son, expecting it to include a Despicable Me toy as advertised. However, when I received my order, the toy was completely different.nnI went into the restaurant to inquire about the Despicable Me toy. The manager, Piush, had a quick look but couldn’t find any in stock. His assistant manager mentioned there might be some in the back, but Piush decided not to check. I asked him again to please check, but he refused.nnAs a customer, this lack of effort and dismissive attitude from the manager was very disappointing. It wouldn’t have taken much to at least make an effort to look for the toy, especially when it was something that was advertised and expected. This experience has left a sour taste in my mouth regarding the service at this location.

I had one of the best fast food meals from here the other day. The burger was hot, fresh and made perfectly. No greasy bun or box. The chips were also fantastic; hot, crunchy and the right amount of salt.nIf you want good fast food, go during quiet hours and not during dinner rush.

The place was very dirty with overfilled garbage bins, dirty floors, toilets dirty with no toilet paper and something brown on the tiles. Seems not to have anyone in charge as very disorganised. 8 staff on, and they seemed unhappy. Not very busy when I was there.nVery unusual for a McDonalds

Have ordered dozens of times from here over the years as it's my local maccas.nnAs of late, more often then not they get the order wrong or forgot to include items.nnIt's only McDonald's so one doesn't expect the world anyway, but at least put the burger in the bag.
