Made an order at 8:10pm Sunday 25/02/24 Staff took 20 minutes to make order when there was 1 other customer. Staff chose to make their own personal orders before my own. Cherry on top, the order was messed up on many fronts including a burger that ended up being just a bun. My assumption is that someone played a prank on me as no one could make this mistake. I have made a formal complaint on the McDonald's website which I expect to be followed up.
Not impressed. I come here ever week girl in the drive through that took my order was so kind but whoever in the kitchen just couldn't be bothered putting sauce on any of the burgers we ordered...Food: 1/5
Had a take home regular angus beef, large chips and frap cafe for just $14.6. What a bargain! Here comes the real review. First bite was great. The patty was beefy, juicy and flavorful. It had a crusty corner outside and got softer as you bite deeper. However!! It is a little too salty as I eat more to the middle of the meat and I had to contanstly add some of my own salad to balance it out. So it was a minus point. The chips and the frap cafe were very good though. Definitely come back for this angus beef but maybe be more careful with the order - dont put too much salt?!
On 14/06/2024 at 9.15 pm I ordered 2 meals and a banana shake through app and went to pickup through drive through, upon reaching to the windows they said they are out of banana shake, as I ordered through app and i had a discount, they couldn’t change my order so they said to go back , order another one through app and back to drive through. I did that and i noticed there was 2 transactions, one from the previous order that they cancelled and the new one. I asked the staff about it and they said it will go away within 24 hrs. It was all good. But after 4 days i checked the transcation and it was still there. They had charged me for the meal that I didn’t even take. I went back and talked to the manager of that day. It took her 30 mins to resolve it. I asked her about it. She simply said they charged you for the meals and they didn’t cancelled it. She was bit apologetic but the damage was done. She simply said if I hadn’t checked back, they would have charged me. Simple as that. So please guyz check each and every transactions when you order with maccas. Even if they said they have cancelled it, you might still get charged . Be aware thanks
Disappointed to receive such worse service from a McDonald’s brand.Honestly the worst experience every single time. Staff are always rude and no manners at all. Experienced the worst Customer service here. Most times we order something and end up getting something different, and if we address it with the staff they end up being rude.Food: 1/5
The gentleman arm tattoo's, in his 20s working the drive-thru at 10.05 today deserves commendation. He had such a friendly disposition. I'm sure it can be a tedious job taking orders and having to deal with all sorts - but really appreciated his manner. Don't lose that Service: 5/5
If I could give this no stars I would. I used the drive through here today and ordered a cheeseburger combo and 6 pack of nuggets. The pickles in the cheeseburger tasted mouldy, I literally had onions so burnt they were black and hard pic of one in my hand in the burger. I took one bite of a nugget to test how hot it was before giving them to my child but the chicken was off. Absolutely disgusting and so disappointed that this place is serving food like this. Hopefully no one else feels as sick as me right now after eating their nuggets today wish I could have turned around to take them back but I had to get my son home. What a waste of money.
Worst customer experience. Especially the girl taking orders through drive way on weekends morning. The worst attitude and always gets the orders wrong. Now we have to drive to the next McDonald’s which is 12kms away.Food: 2/5
I had read some of the previous reviews and thought it can't be that bad...well it was! Two out the three drinks were correct, the ordered double quarter pounder was a single and with only a short trip home the fries were barely warm and I have a suspicion that they weren't fresh. On the upside the two girls who served me were fab.Food: 1/5
Asked for regular cheese and they add only chilli sauce!!! VERY DISAPPOINTINGFood: 1/5
