My favourite food, I like the selection machines before the counter but you can only pay by credit card . To pay by cash you need to order at the counter, service is stretched at lunch time when dining in, staff friendly   and easy access off main rd.

Ordered large meal and the fried is like half full, also chicken tenders is over cook and almost the same colour as my dinner table. Up your game HJ Midland !!!

The staff are so useless, recently waited almost 40 minutes for our drive through order. Just to get it home and find the jacks chicken burger was literally inedible, the chicken could not be bitten through it was so tough - can tell it has been reheated that many times. Genuinely don’t eat here unless you want to get sick. Made a complaint and they offered a replacement burger a week later, as if I would eat there again?

Purchased nuggets, wings and burger.nNuggets was fresh and crunchy but wings were like chewing charcoal and super dry wings as well as burger patty. Disappointing.

I visited Saturday lunchtime.nnIt was the worst experience ever in my whole life.nnI believe management assigned too many staff. All of them not trained well about hospitality and hygiene at all.nThere were 5 female staff, and they had nothing to do at counter.nThey keep chatting so loud and played using paper cups as toy! How old are they?nThey stack cups up as brick toy with dirty hands and use same one for drive through customers. Disgusting!!nnMy burger meal ready to serve but still behind the counter long time even I waited in front of counter. There are 8 staff in shop but what were they doing?nBurger was cold and fries were soggy.nLots of ice for my drink cup but coke is not full.nnThis is not joking.nI strongly not to go there.nOtherwise you may grab contaminated drinks.
