Not a big fan of McDonald's but this one of the better ones. Decent quality and decent service. Good coffee too. They never seem to have all the ingredients for McFlurry's but a lot of them don't.
bought a bacon and egg mcmuffin and recieved a cheeseburger instead via express door dash. i tried calling them 3 times to no pick up and im pretty sure the mcmuffin is more expensive so just wasted my money. disappointed and thought i deserved atleast a call back
Just ordered 30 mins ago, They are lucky with these take away because once u open at home or then you find a surprise ! I’m tired of bad surprise , double cheeseburger with no pickles always but the Worst is the “grilled chicken” in wrap as they call, burned chicken and as you see in photos there is a piece with just the outside of the piece of chicken, obviously burned, and looks like has been lost the meat. I’ll be back to make this complain because i paid and i want a service. Junk food or not but when u pay u must have the service with all the time these kind of surprise. Enough.
went through drivethru and found my order was missing some items. got to work, and called back. Spoke with the manager Ann and had a really helpful experience.nIt's obviously annoying for everyone, and no one persons directly at fault, but I felt she remedied the mistake quickly and i was on with my day.nnive had a recent experience at another establishment not Macdonalds and was accosted , and felt blamed ?.nnanyway, i appreciate people trying their best. thanks Ann
Bad costumer service.nWe went through a drive through for the forst 2 minutes no one spoke then after 2 minutes one girl attend us and was super rushed. We ordered two small cappuccino and we were told to park after another 5 minutes. We got a medium cappuccino instead and one lady bring out the coffee and we told her this is not our coffee but she told us have a good one
