Dear McDonald’s Customer Service / Corporate Relations Team,nnI am writing to lodge a formal and serious complaint regarding my recent experience at the McDonald’s North Perth restaurant.nnDuring my visit, the store manager’s behaviour toward me was extremely rude, disrespectful, and highly unprofessional. More concerningly, I felt that I was treated differently and unfairly due to my background, which came across as racist and discriminatory. The tone, attitude, and manner in which the manager spoke to me were inappropriate and unacceptable for someone in a leadership position.nnAs a customer, I felt humiliated, uncomfortable, and disrespected. No individual should ever feel targeted, spoken down to, or treated unfairly while visiting a public establishment—especially a global brand that promotes diversity, inclusion, and equal treatment.nnMcDonald’s has a strong reputation for customer service and professionalism, which is why this incident was particularly disappointing. A store manager represents the values of the company, and behaviour of this nature reflects very poorly on the brand.nnI respectfully request that this matter be investigated thoroughly, and that appropriate action, including staff retraining or disciplinary measures, be taken to ensure that such conduct does not occur again. Customers should be able to visit any McDonald’s location feeling safe, respected, and valued—regardless of race, ethnicity, or background.nnI appreciate your time and attention to this matter and expect it to be treated with the seriousness it deserves. To the girl with glasses who was working on the 19/2 at 4:20ish in the afternoon in the front and exchanged the toy from the friends meal per my husbands request: you are an amazing soul. So kind and hard working! Thank you so so much. Maccas North Perth will be my go to from now on thanks to your amazing service and kindness.
Very rude drive-thru staff tonight. 10:30pm ish We asked this young dark skinned guy nicely, if we could get a cone without the ice cream and said we were happy to pay for it. He was very dismissive, cut us off, and told us, “Ask them at the next window.”nnSo we drove to the next window, and the female manager told us it wasn’t charge so they couldn’t give it to us. We said that was fine and that we’d pay for it anyway. She said no because it wasn’t charged and we weren’t allowed to pay on that window.nWell, If you can’t take payments at that window, at least train your staff not to make things up!

Just ordered 30 mins ago, They are lucky with these take away because once u open at home or then you find a surprise ! I’m tired of bad surprise , double cheeseburger with no pickles always but the Worst is the “grilled chicken” in wrap as they call, burned chicken and as you see in photos there is a piece with just the outside of the piece of chicken, obviously burned, and looks like has been lost the meat. I’ll be back to make this complain because i paid and i want a service. Junk food or not but when u pay u must have the service with all the time these kind of surprise. Enough.
