First time ordering from this branch. Wasn't impressed with the food wasn't as tasty as when we order in Canning Vale. The rice was very slodgy thick. Flavour was not good.Food: 3/5

The worst experience at oporto so far, never gonna come to this branch again, i ordered pull chicken bowl, the rice quantity was literally one spoon and not fresh , chicken quantity is half of what i get from other place , totally ripoff never gonna come to this branch againFood: 1/5

Oporto used to be my go to place for fast food. It's dropped to a new low. I have better experiences at KFC and Hungry Jack's now. Just had the most pathetic wrap. Chewy, overcooked, stringy chicken, no sauce, minimal salad and wrapped up to minimise filling. All I could taste was overpowering pita. Just look at how the wrap is made to reduce fillings. Tried again after 6 months and still pathetic. Look at the bowl. Almost looks like they've forgotten half the elements. Teaspoon of rice and a tablespoon of corn. It's no wonder this Oporto is needing to advertise so much. Obviously, customers have had enough of poor experiences. You want customers back, then up your food standards!!!

I ordered loaded bbq and nacho chips on uber eats. It was advertised as hot chips with buffalo and ranch sauce topped with popcorn chicken. I received cold chips with buffalo sauce and no chicken. Very disappointing

Given this place a chance a few times and its not improved.  The service is ordinary.  The chicken burgers are dry. The chips are sweet, like there is icing sugar on them or something and everything is quite expensive for what you get.  I won't be giving you another chance.Food: 2/5

Absolutely terrible!! I’ve been getting Oporto for years and even worked at a store myself this branch in particular, I’ve always received soggy, brown chips and the sauce in burgers / wraps are almost non existent. It’s very concerning how they’re still open!Food: 1/5

Have always typically liked Oporto in Balcatta but didn’t have a great experience with my recent lunch, my order wasn’t correct with a different wrapper and wrong sauce. Wait time was about 20 min

Here was my order! Bondi burger with no chilli Chips Churros  The only thing I got that was the same was the chips. The burger was nothing like what I ordered it had chilli and bacon, the churros never came, and we got chicken we didn’t even ask for. Our order was completely different to what we asked for. Seriously need to get your staff in order. Ordered from balcatta.
