Terrible experience. After working hard all week I decided to treat myself to a takeaway. I was excited and looking forward to the food as I sat down and watched a movie with my friends. I waited 45 for my food to come and upon arrival noticed the most expensive item of my order was missing.nnI rang the store to enquire about having the item dropped off to me as I am not too far away, the manager spoke to me in a very rude tone and not once apologised for the mistake, he made me feel like it was my fault. Upon making him aware of my feelings and noting I did not enjoy how he spoke to me I asked his name and he told me I didn’t need to know it. Very immature behaviour and an upsetting experience. I will not be ordering from this company again.

Took 30 minutes to receive a small chips while staff made all drive through orders in an instant. 3 out of the 4 staff on hand were making jokes together and staring at the order screen instead of working. Once asked about the long wait times they pulled the chips off a tray as the orders had been sitting there for a while. There were also 4 Uber eats drivers waiting to receive their orders that the staff had forgotten about.
The problem here is people forgetting to deliver orders.nnIt is a beautifully refurbished location.nLooks brand new even as most of the #new #Karrinyup #shopping.nStaff is always in a good mood.nTables are well distributed.nCleaning is usually lacking in attention to detail as my photos show.nnJust pay attention to deliver the food and clean the joint more frequently and would be five stars Hungry Jack franchisee.nnFor us, #vegetarians, it's the fast food to go.n#Maccas does not serve any #vegetarian #main #meal at all.nnIt is Hungry Jack or pick up #Domino's pizza.nnBut not the#Domino's a t#scarborough or #doubleview #franchisesnn#Pizzas there are always burnt as well.nnSee the pictures in my reviews about those places.nnI hope that I helped fellow #vegetarian #Googlers.nnCheers!
THIS WAS THE SADDEST “HAPPY MEAL” IVE EVER HAD. I excitedly walked in, ready to order a kids meal at the ripe age of 17. I ordered and waited and was surprised at the speed of my order arriving in my hands. However when I got in the car I was devastated to find that they had not included a toy in my order. I am unsure if this was because they observed my age and figured that I did not need/want a toy, this observation would be incorrect. I am very sad about not getting a toy and it quite frankly ruined my life for approximately 10 minutes. I will be coming back but not as happily.
