Do not sell trash to customer.nBread is dry, so it's not soft. Hard!! Bread is hard!!! Do you see that crack??nBacon is overcooked, so I can't chew it. Literally had a 30-minute wait for our food. Everyone did. The manager told us it was because he had lots of trainees, and told someone else their broiler was on the blink. Offered to refund people who were getting antsy about the wait, which was a good attempt at managing the situation, but we just wanted our food.nnWhen we got our food it tasted pretty well as expected, but not exactly hot.nnInvest in your staff and your equipment - don't make people wait like that for basic fast food.

Was sent to waiting bay saying chips were still cooking. There was no one behind me and to get to the bay you have to make a turn against the road markings as they lead onto the Highway. I had a small order of a carry cup and a frozen drink. Why have a system where you track time at windows when stores like this break the system to look better. Not Happy as it’s not the first time. I will NOT go to the waiting bay next time asked unless there is a large line behind me.

I ordered an ultimate meal and received almost warm chips and a double whopper. After I asked for my meal to be replaced. I received hot chips and a burger that was almost warm. I only ate half the burger before it was to cold to finish it. I went to the counter to say something but the girl was waiting for something to put in a takeaway bag but just standing there.. I got her attention but she decided to make me wait and make drinks for the drive thru. Then kept saying not much longer as she made one drink at a time. I waited about 4 min while one car sat at the window the whole time. The manager came out and I informed him of the poor food quality and lack of customer service. He just looked at me like a stunned deer. No words from him. I walked out.nUnderstaffed and prob with a few new workers. Food wasn't heated. Customer service needs improvement.

new owner since we were there last time. weren't asked for dine in or take away, it was just stuffed in a bag and chucked on the counter. check the pic of the sausage & egg muffin. revolting!
