A big shout out to Robert for being so prompt with his repairs and posting them back to me. Was so grateful to get it before Christmas and the bonus gift of treats was an extra bonus. Would highly recommend them .Merry Christmas to you Robert and your staff.
Angel and Beth are both amazing 5 stars for them Robert is rude and horrible. I went in to collect one ring two were on order, Robert went into a rage and was rude to both me and his staff, the way he spoke to us was absolutely disgusting. When the other two rings had arrived he called me daily to come and collect them was unable to get there until later in the week due to work finish times and complained he was working on a Sunday. Robert had also added an additional $360 to the purchase price of the two rings that had been on order I had a receipt with the agreed purchase price which didn’t include the additional $360. I will never purchase from this business again, he destroyed the moment for me when making such a significant purchase. I can’t believe he’s still in business. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced!!
Had a great young lady that served me.very well spoken and great customer service
1 hr to change 2 watch batteries she said. Came back 50min later when battery changed in 2 min. $30.
I had two rings resized and the work is perfectly done! Staff were very friendly and helpful.
