My husband bought a new Watch, wen got home realised the watch was picking up 2 minutes every hour, my partner loves watches, when I went back the next day first I was told did I know how to use it? Then I was told to go outside to the watch seller to ask the reason why it was doing this, then I was told I will do it for you, when she came back told me the was nothing wrong with the watch we just had to put it on the wrist and it would work, maybe if she would have listen a bit more rather that been so up her self she would have heard I said it was picking up minutes not loosing them, I was also told it was the battery shame it does not have one……at the end I got the money back….such a shame to be treated like a one stop Customer, after all this years I realised it’s time to change, and at the end not even have a nice day or sorry for the inconvenience, we’re did Customer service go!

This is the worst customer service experience in Miranda shopping. The sales lady Mary was on the mobile .i called out twice for assistance and she seemed to be on a personal call. When she turned I was waiting after four people waited to be served. Mary - i hope her name given is correct with blonde hair saw me ignored me after waiting and served a chinese lady. She then took photos of the lady with her ring and was asking her about why she bought the ring etc. I could not wait any longer ! What a waste if shes the manager that shop will close down soon. Or i hope her manager reads this and teaches hr customer service. Mary tou had the worst customer care!
It was OK. Sales lady obviously on commission, made a big deal whilst with me about another customer coming back. She wanted to make sure Nancy? I think knew about it. Very unprofessional of Sai I thought.... Now. I know I could never work on commission. Felt like a number.
11 days ago I left a Tiffany bracelet with the team to add a loop and a charm. Told at the time that Friday is the pick up and delivery day for such things as they are sent off site. I returned to the store today around 1.30pm to collect it only to be told the box should have arrived at 10.30 and if it doesn't arrive it will be Monday. Really? No 'let me make a call to see if it is coming today' or 'I'll chase that up' just ........ fight for a parking space and come back at a future time because we couldn't meet the expectation we gave you when entrusting your important piece of jewellery with us. I KNEW it was a mistake when the sales lady that originally served me was clueless about the service and pricing all whilst chewing gum Sai Mo is the name on my receipt. Now I have a disappointed partner keen to be wearing her new gift but instead I have to explain why it takes nearly 2 weeks for someone to fix a charm to a charm bracelet a job that should take minutes. Plenty of alternative jewellers in Miranda Fair that will be getting my business in the future. I am worried now that the quality of the work will mirror the lack of customer care I have experienced to date. Fingers crossed I'm wrong....... :
Very poor quality jewlery bout a pair of diamond earrings payed $999 and three weeks later a diamond fell out went back and was told this wasn't included in my care plan absolutely terrible customer service and very poor quality jewlery will never buy from there again not the first time I've been disappointed with there jewlery lesson learnt the second time .
I don't have a great opinion about jewelry chain stores with their products are particularly good value for money
Very terrible customer service they dont refund though it mention on docket.they are agressive will never ever buy and this place is hips expensive then other shop.wouldnt rate 1 if there was option for 0.This shop will go down if they continue to behave customer such unmanner
Lovely staff. Sorry to hear they are closing this shop. I hope Bevilles look well after the staff and support them with finding new employment.
