The jeweller did a beautiful job repairing my watch. I was quoted a small price and was charged a lot more but the staff bent over backwards to help me. So happy with their service and their seiko sportura watches are truly beautiful. So are the staff. I always buy my wife jewellery here and the quality is top notch for the price.  Thank you so much prouds!!

Do not use this place to repair your watch!
The watch maker Stephen and staff will never return your calls.
My watch was dropped off on Saturday and I had to go in and pick up on Wednesday untouched, even though I had been told the glass and battery had been replaced.  I was rudely told that he tried to call me( I have no missed calls or messages) and the glass would take time to order in.  ok by why did she and the other staff say several times it had already been done.
What a complete waste of time :(
