Wow! 😳 The 2 people I just dealt with have zero customer service! I have shopped at this brand on many occassions whether its for myself or as a gift purchase and for the first time I went in to thier store at miranda to 'discuss' my concern over the yellow colouring that has appeared on a ring I purchased from them only 6 months ago! Their response to my concern was "welllllll you brought in a sale time and we can't do anything for you" First sales person confused when I looked her blank in response to her poor excuse - goes back of house to get her back up and the 2nd sales person says 'we need your name and number - will need to 'check' what they can do and get back to me - my favourite part was when she called me 'hun' - I guess this is what happens when you hire young kids with no experience or more importantly no respect for the work they get paid to do... It's ok if you can not offer the customers expected solution however I can suggest that you train your service of the expected delivery in proper communication.

Stood around for about 10 minutes, not one of the two sales people approached me. Stood around talking about shepherd's pie! Then when I approached, the girl assumed I was all about a bargain, and let a good sale leave. Learn customer service.
