Absolutely amazing stAff! Great looking people, very approachable! Every staff member smelt great and had very well ironed clothes... except for the ghost in the corner on her phone, she was in the way many times as I did not see her!

Great funky exterior and interior. Well organised. The only thing was staff did not greet nor offer help. But products were great and look of store was awesome! A lil pricey though.

staff have no idea about sales! Needed to show my gf an outfit I tried on worth over $350, as my gf came close to enter the change room she was stopped by a young staff member and told she wasn't allowed to enter the change room. We've always shopped in there with her kids and always shared a room. We try the same clothes on and usually walk out there with a purchase of over $500. But this time we weren't able to do so. When asked why they said because of theft! Ummmm how ? when there is security tags on them, and also does it take two older women to steal? I expressed my disappointment and asked the sales assistant, would you rather miss out on a sale of over $500 just from me? His response was quote, "we don't work on commission so we don't care" how's that for a response! Well you can now explain to yr superior that you missed on a massive sale. David Jones sell the same outfit and I went and bought it from there. A sale well over $500! my friend walked in to the change room tried the same outfit on and bought it too! Ha
