My now Fiancé bought my engagement ring from Simons. They helped him select the perfect Sapphire and custom made the ring. He was very impressed with their customer service. They were very patient and accomodating with him throughout the whole process. The quality and overall finish of the ring is AMAZING! Thank you Simons, for making a ring that we will cherish for the rest of our lives.
I took some family diamonds to Simons jewellers to have made into my own design. The ring turned out exactly as I imagined, the quality and craftsmanship is high. I worked in the jewellery business for 10 years when I was younger, and I do know my way around this topic. Could not be happier with the service, the price and the end result . My beautiful ring is now a constant wonderful reminder of my mother, and is truly stunning and unusual. Thank you
This jeweller always provides great service. I always have gone back to them as i have confidence in the quality and prices chwrged. Ray is very pleasent and flexible. They can get very busy at times but it is akways worth the wait. Their jewellery are very nicely designed. I think management have good taste in what they stock as they always select the higher quality diamonds for their customers unlike other jewellers exoecting customers to pey high prices for lower quality diamonds. I highly recommend and trust Simon Jewellers on Crown Street Wollongong. I wouldnt go anywhere else!
Simon’s Jewellery are exceptional! I had a wonderful experience in their store and couldn’t be happier with their fine craftsmanship. The team were very professional and informative as they guided me thorough the whole process of having my jewellery pieces remodelled. They helped me greatly by giving me expert advice on how I could achieve my needs and versatility through the remodelled ring design. I couldn’t be happier with end product, they have gone above and beyond to meet all my expectations. I would highly recommend Simons to all!

Put 2 gold rings into Simon's jewellery to be joined together,cleaned and resized. Very sentimental to my family. They did an amazing job. Only paid what they quoted no extra charge. The shop is very clean and such friendly staff. So happy with my ring.
I bought Longines quartz stainless steel woman watch from the shop in 2016. Within a week I found the watch run fast and request for a return. Simons proposed to have it repaired so I accepted. I did not wear it much but only until recently I start to use it and found out it runs 20min faster than the normal time in a day. I suspect that I paid $1700 for a completely fake now! I am relocated to England now. Could Simons address my enquiry?
Had my chain repaired 3 months ago with another jewellery to repair buckle. One month later it broke again.Jewellery said not covered under any warranty. Went to Simon's Jeweller to have it repaired. Fantastic service. Had chain repaired and a warranty for 12 months.
Great range of watches. Quick and fast service with Simon coming out and helping you with whatever you need. It's a good honest business which acts as a prime example of how to conduct yourself as a business. Bought a watch from them and came back in to have the band readjusted - No dramas at all, no cost. 100% Recommend.
I had my ring resized at Simons Jewellery. It's an inherited piece so it's very precious to me. I felt they offered great customer service, were really attentive and the ring came back so promptly. I was really shocked at how quickly it came back. It was polished and gleaming brightly. Over the moon. Thanks so much.
