Our 1 night stay was very pleasant. Friendly reception staff. The room was large and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was clean with a huge bath. Our room was quiet. Cleanliness around the hallways could be improved and the lift was filthy, but our room was excellent.
The team at Golden Pebble shows great care and patience to all customers by expressing gratitude and appreciation Amazing people to work with, will definitely be back for solo travelling or when I’m back in the area to visit my family! nThe team at Favourite Kitchen the restaurant at the hotel is also very friendly - they offer an extensive list of food and wine, for solo eating or larger groups
My husband and I drove past this on our way to work and home so decided to have dinner after I had a busy day. Would have to say the meals were top-notch. The best Chinese we have eaten in Melbourne. Little man was courteous and very attentive. We will be back.
I spent 4 nights here on a business trip and customer service is awful.nThere's NO BREAKFAST availablenThe LIFT IS SHUT DOWN from 10pm till 8am!nThere was NOBODY ON reception until 8 am so I couldn't check out.nMy room supplies WERE NOT RESTOCKEDnI waited 20 minutes in the restaurant and nobody even offered me a menu or some water so I went elsewhere.nMy TAP FELL OFF into the basin.nI had to carry all my bags downstairs at 7.30 am because they don't have staff or a lift until 8amnAwful place.
Golden pebble was very satisfying we had a yum cha the food was fantastic plenty of parking and very clean premises!nI highly recommend cheers Winston.
