Very little maintenance from year to year.  The ironing board was lumpy.  My colleagues had to change rooms due to a failing mattress.  The breakfasts were limited and unchanged.  It used to be quite nice.  Not sure if we will be back.

Very surprised by the size of the family room and the bathroom.  All look refurbished and fresh. Wonderful service and pricing.  Very helpful reception staff.  It might look out dated from the outside but once inside you will be surprised.  Very quiet and central to many places.

Was very impressed by QHM during my stay. Staff were very friendly and happy to help with my bags as I have a physical disability requiring crutches to help me walk.nPricing was excellent value for what I got.nSlept very comfortably after a lot of travel and working late.nNo noise could be heard from neighbouring or upstairs rooms.

I’m staying here right now and love it  The woman working the reception desk on Saturday night when I arrived was amazing and super accommodating as I had spent most of the day travelling from East Gippsland and was rather exhausted when I arrived..!! Cannot fault this place and would not hesitate to recommend to anyone-will definitely choose to stay again nKeep up the good work guys, you all make this place a fantastic place to stay

Was very happy with our stay here.nRoom was as expected. Clean and comfortable.nFulfilled our needs perfectly.nGreat budget hotel.
