Attended a charity ball last night. The staff were very professional and courteous. The atmosphere was spectacular and everyone seemed to be having lots of fun. The venue was easy to locate and there was ample parking in the basement Carpark; it was free! The catering was good and there was plenty to eat.

This hotel is in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne. I stayed here ovee the Easter weekend. The standard of appointments was high. Five stars for cleanliness, nice crisp bed linen and importantly no road noise. I have stayed in many hotels and this hotel compares favourably in terms of standard to many of 4+ star cbd hotels at much lower room rate. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Lots of Uber options close by, so my car stayed at the hotel.

Was at a professional development workshop in the upstairs conference room. Was clean, standard set up with pens, notepads, water, mints supplied on tables. Morning tea was scones with jam and cream, with coffee and hot water, teabags provided. Only real complaint was the air conditioner got a bit noisy at times. Convenient location on Doncaster Rd near Eastern Freeway, undercover car parking provided, frequent 902 and 907 Smartbuses pass the front with bus stops nearby.

Attended high tea based on a red balloon experience voucher. Food was above average and service was friendly. About on par for what we paid.

It's a beautiful and luxurious hotel. Love this hotel. It's one of the very few hotels that has a spa in most of its rooms and very affordable too. Will recommend this hotel to anyone.
