Stayed for three nights. Price was very reasonable and good position to most things. Had a room down the back so no traffic noise. 
Photos on website are deceiving. A lot older and darker than the photos portray. Advertises 5 cable channels, but no cable at all. Good size room but cleaning not good at all. Room service was the bin emptied and sheet pulled up. No bed making or cleaning etc. Had to ask for clean towels and found them just inside the door on our bags. OK for a night or two, but not for a holiday. No undercover parking.

I needed a room at short notice in somewhat stressful circumstances and can not speak highly enough of the thoughtful service I received. The room was lovely and large with 2 comfortable chairs and a table and 2 dining chairs as well as a very comfortable bed. Don't be put off that it is on the highway - I had the window open at night and could not hear traffic at all. I needed to travel to the Maroondah hospital each day and it was only a 6  minute drive. There are a number of fast food restaurants nearby and at least one Italian restaurant not far away. A dining room breakfast is available although I did not have this so cannot comment -however if it matches the standard of everything else I imagine it would be good. Internet is streaming standard and included in the room cost.

Quiet, somewhat non-descript, but clean and has your standard amenities. The beds are brand new and we slept like babies. The owners are lovely people and were quite kind. We plan to stay again whenever in the area.

Clean,cute, great service and beautiful family owned motel. It has that personal touch that you just don't find these days
