Property was adequate but we had concerns.  From a cleanliness point of view, while it was mostly fine, there were cigarette butts left outside the back door, many cobwebs in internal corners, some of the kitchen mugs were not clean, and we were only provided with 1 tiny bar of soap for a 3 night stay for 2 people.  The property also appears to get insufficient maintenance: rusty towel rails; broken flyscreen door; lamp in lounge not working; shower grout & seals in very poor stained condition; cracked shower glass; smoke detector fell off the ceiling; kitchen floor join is a trip/toe-stub hazard; some cutlery in poor condition; TV cabinet has peeling laminate veneer.  All in all  a disappointing standard considering the marketing and the tariff paid.
